This beautiful handcrafted wooden breathing board has been designed as a tangible resource that a child can physically hold and see to practise mindful breathing and calmness.

Reach out for this beautifully hand crafted breathing board as a calm down tool for your little ones.
Children can follow and trace around the shape with their finger or use a small woollen ball. Or even a marble or stencil.

Our range of mindfulness boards are a great resource to use with children who suffer from anxiety or overwhelm. The tracing around the board also acts as fine motor skills for brain development.

Our boards are created from quality steamed beech wood and finished in raw natural oil (non-allergenic) safe for children.

One small woollen ball is included – Caution age 3+ as small parts are a choking hazard.
